Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition suitable for hair cosmetic and capable of forming a coating film excellent in water resistance, sweat resistance, oil resistance, gloss and slipping property, including a specific highly polymerized silicone and specific oil solution.
SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 0.5 to 80% of highly polymerized silicone of formula I {R1 is a 1-20C alkyl, etc.; R2 is a 1-15C alkyl substituted with fluorine; R3 is an amino or amino-containing organic group such as R5Z[R5 is a 2-6C alkylene; and Z is -NR62(R6 is H or a 1-5C alkyl)]; R4 is R1, etc.; (k) and (m) are each an positive integer; (n) is 0 or (k), (k+m+n) is 2,000 to 20,000; the nitrogen content is 0 to 10,000 ppm, the fluorine content is 1 to 50 wt.%}, and (B) 20 to 99.5% of an oil solution selected from the group consisting of a straight chain silicone oil having a viscosity (25°C) of ≤1,000 cSt shown by formula II ((p) and (q) are each 0 to 500, and (p+q) is 0 to 500), a cyclic silicone oil of formula III((x) and (y) are each 0 to 7, and (x+y) is 3 to 7) and an isoparaffin-based hydrocarbon oil having a boiling point (at atmospheric pressure) of 60 to 260°C.
