To create unusual color flopping properties and a feeling of a high grade, originality, and the like, by changing the color feeling of even a single substance into a plurality of color feelings according to the view directions by forming a second coating film containing aluminum flakes of a specified thickness on a first colored coating film of a specified thickness.

A first coating film is produced by using a known coating material. The thickness of a dried coating film is preferably 1 μm-2 mm. The known coating material is a mixture comprising an organic solvent, varnish, a colored pigment, and the like. Mineral spirit, hexane, and the like, are named as the organic solvent, and an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, and others are cited as the varnish. A second coating film is prepared by using a coating material incorporated with an organic solvent, varnish, and aluminum flakes, and its thickness is 50-1200 angstrom. The coating material containing aluminum flakes is applied on a colored article or a colored coating film to make a film.
