Abstract:

To provide a coating film peeling off method which enables the dissolution/elimination of the coating film existing on a material surface such as plastic by chemical treatment with extremely less environment load without impairing a physical property of the material such as plastic, and a recycling method for a plastic molded product.

In the coating film peeling off method for peeling off the coating film by a peeling off liquid and the recycling method for recycling the peeled off plastic, the coating film contains a thermoplastic resin binder and the peeling off liquid is formed by adding a peeling off accelerator comprising other organic solvents except for lower alcohol, organic acid or surfactant to lower alcohol or a solvent mixture of lower alcohol-water.
