Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily remove contaminant on a front surface, to be scarcely damaged, to prevent stringy rust from generating, and to maintain a beautiful external appearance for a long period by providing a coating film which has absorptions in several type of specific ranges of vibration frequencies by infrared ray absorption spectrum analysis.
CONSTITUTION: A disc 1 and a rim 2 are integrally cast of aluminum alloy. A coating film layer 3 is composed of an integral first coating film layer 31 and second coating film layer 32. Compound for forming the layer 3 has absorptions in ranges of 3100 - 2800, 1750 - 1650, 1450 - 1400, 1400 - 1150, 1150 - 1000, 1000 - 800, 800 - 640 of vibration frequencies.
