The paint film transferring tool has the supply reel 5 and the take-up reel 3 provided in a container 2 having a front end with an opening 2a and a transfer head 6 projected from the opening 2a, and the transfer tape 4a wound on the supply reel 5 is paid out and wound around the take-up reel 3 at a front end 6a of the transfer head 6. The take-up reel 3 is freely movably provided to change the distance from the supply reel 5, and the take-up reel 3 is energized in a direction of moving away from the supply reel 5 by elastic operation.
