PURPOSE: A powder-sieving part of an appropriate area is formed at a prescribed part of a tubular ring vessel on the lower outside wall and the bottom to form food particles or granules coated with a solution and food powder uniformly without roughness.

CONSTITUTION: The tubular ring vessel 1 opened at the top part in a certain width is allowed to vibrate vertically by the oscillator which causes vertical vibration by the rotation of spindle 5 and the vessel 1 and the oscillator 6 are allowed to rotate eccentically by the rotation of the top spindle 8. The powder or granules of the product are circulating in the vessel in a spiral motion. The coating solution is fed from the spray gun 13 and the coating powder is fed from the sprayer 15 to form coating films on the granules uniformly. Excess amounts of the powder is allowed to fall down through the mesh 11 onto the chute 16 and reused.
