PURPOSE: To properly set the content and emission amt. of a coating agent by connecting one ends of coating pieces arranged in one row to form coating rows and laminating the coating rows to form a coating part capable of being also subjected to injection molding and reduced in quality irregularity at a low cost and by compressing the coating part in the laminating direction.
CONSTITUTION: A coating part is formed by arranging a large number of elongated flat coating pieces 10 in one row in a spaced-apart state to connect one ends thereof to form a coating row 11 having a base part 8 and laminating a plurality of the coating rows so that the coating pieces 10 become a zigzag state to connect at least both ends of the base parts 8 of the coating rows 11. The gaps 12 between the laminated coating rows 11 become fine by the compression in the laminating direction. When this coating part 7 is fastened to a coating jig main body, the base parts 8 or the flange parts connected to the base parts 8 are compressed and deformed in the laminating direction under heating to adjust the size of the gaps between the coating rows 11.
