Abstract:
To provide an organic electroluminenscence layer having a high thickness uniformity.
A coating liquid for forming an organic electroluminenscence layer is a liquid material made by adding an organic electroluminescence material content to a solvent or dispersion medium containing a fluorocarbon. The fluorocarbon may be replaced with a hydrofluoroether, such as n-C4F9OCH3 and (CF3)2CFCF2OCH3, or a fluoroketone, such as CF3CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2. It is preferable that a boiling point of the fluorocarbon be determined to be 45C to 65C.
