Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obviate the need for the recovery of a shot blast material used for cleaning and to detect no breakage in a weld.
CONSTITUTION: A shot blast nozzle 12 and a coating nozzle 13 are arranged in parallel on a vehicle A running on a surface to be treated while sucking the surface. A dry ice pellet manufacturing machine 14 placed on the ground and the shot blast nozzle 12 are connected with a pressure hose 15, while a paint tank 16 placed on the ground and the coating nozzle 13 are connected with a pressure hose 17, and the surface is cleaned with ejected dry ice pellets.
