To provide a coating material composition capable of exhibiting design feature of casting surface tone, and a coated molding.
This coating material composition comprises a resin component becoming the forming element of the coating film 12, a luster pigment 14 affording luster color to the coating film 12 and a resin particle 15 comprising an acrylic resin with a haze value of ≤1.5% and Rockwell hardness of ≥95 in M-scale. The coated molding comprises a resin molding 11 and the coating film 12 covering the surface of the resin molding 11. In the coating film 12, a luster pigment 14 affording luster color to the coating film 12 and a resin particle 15 comprising an acrylic resin with a haze value of ≤1.5% and Rockwell hardness of ≥95 in M-scale are dispersed. SV (scatter value) is ≥60 and gloss is ≤10 at the surface of the coating film 12. The resin molding is constituted with the coating film 12 as the outermost layer.
