To obtain a resin composition for decorative boards which reduces the amounts of styrene remaining in and volatilizing from the decorative boards molded by using an unsaturated polyester resin, decorative boards using the same and furniture and interior materials using the same.

The resin composition for decorative boards contains (a) the unsaturated polyester resin, (b) the styrene, (c) a (meth)acrylate-based polymerizable monomer having one (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule and (d) a room temperature liquid organic compound having an N,N-dimethyl structure in the molecular skeleton as the indispensable components in a range satisfying a specific formula. The decorative boards using the composition and furniture and interior materials using the composition are presented.
