Abstract:

To provide a coating material composition for a dental prosthesis preventing a biofilm such as dental plaque from being formed thereon by suppressing adhesion of oral contamination substances such as protein and oral bacteria causing oral disorders such as ozostomia on a surface of a dental prosthesis.

This coating material composition for the dental prosthesis comprises 1 to 150 g/l of a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and a methacrylate which contains 2-methacryloyl-oxyethyl phosphorylcholine component of 3 to 90% by mole in at least one solvent selected from water, ethanol, propanol, butanol, pentanol and acetone, and an amount.
