Abstract:
To provide a coating material composition which excels in low temperature curability (not higher than 100°C) and can form a coating film excellent in adhesion, water resistance, and electrical conductivity with respect to the plastic base material of a bumper and the like and a coating film-forming method.
The coating material composition includes a specific acrylic resin (A), an optionally chlorinated polyolefin resin (B), and a pyrazole blocked polyisocyanate compound and/or an active methylene blocked polyisocyanate compound (C) and, based on 100 pts.mass solid content of the components (A), (B), and (C), the component (A) is 10-50 pts.mass, the component (B) is 20-60 pts.mass, and the component (C) is 5-30 pts.mass.
