Abstract:
To provide a coating material composition that enables a reduction in heating temperature and a reduction in heating time in a coating step and that can further obtain a coating film having excellent scratch resistance and weather resistance.
There is disclosed the coating material composition comprising: a radical polymerizable unsaturated group-containing compound (A) that is formed from a reaction between caprolactone-modified hydroxyalkyl(meth)acrylate and a polyisocyanate compound and has an isocyanate equivalent in a range of 300-3,800; and a radical polymerizable unsaturated group-containing resin (B) that is different from the component A. Further there is disclosed a method for forming a coating film.
