To obtain the subject composition, capable of not only having a high coating film hardness and excellent processability and fouling resistance but also excellent in corrosion resistance and useful as a household appliance, etc., by mixing a specific blocked polyisocyanate compound as a curing for use.
This composition consists essentially of a resin component composed of (A) a compound represented by formula I [(n) is 2-10; R is represented by formula II or III in an amount of 1-15 wt.% based on the resin solid content, (B) a polyol except the component A and (C) a curing agent prepared by mixing (i) a blocked polyisocyanate compound obtained by blocking one or more polyisocyanate compounds selected from a polyisocyanate such as 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate or isophorone diisocyanate and its derivatives/with (ii) a blocked polyisocyanate compound prepared by blocking one or more polyisocyanate compounds selected from a polyisocyanate such as hexamethylene diisocyanate and its derivatives.
