PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition, composed of an acrylic monomer and a specific fluorine-containing polymer and capable of providing transparent cured films excellent in weather and fouling resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is composed of (A) 80-99.9 pts.wt. monomer such as ethylene glycol diacrylate, curable by active energy rays and containing ≥2 (meth)acryloyloxy groups in one molecule and (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt. fluorine-containing polymer of (i) a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylate such as Viscose 3F(R) expressed by the formula (X is H or F; R is H or methyl ; n is 1-2; m is l-10) and (ii) a monomer such as methyl methacrylate containing one (meth)acryloyloxy group in one molecule. Furthermore, the weight of fluorine atoms preferably accounts for ≤45% of the molecular weight of the aforementioned component (B).
