PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material for electronic equipment which has such a high electric field that a foreign substance existing in the electronic equipment starts floating, can suppress floating and moving of the foreign substance, and can be rapidly cured; a method for producing a coating material for electronic equipment; and a closed insulating device.SOLUTION: A coating material for electronic equipment contains a matrix resin formed of a photocurable resin; a first filler which is dispersed and contained in the matrix resin, is semi-conductive, and is formed of a whisker; a second filler which is dispersed and contained in the matrix resin, is semi-conductive, and has a spherical shape; and a third filler which is dispersed and contained in the matrix resin, is insulative, and has a flat plate form, a fiber form or a layer form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
