To provide a coating method for the exposed surface of concrete, by which a finished surface giving an excellent feeling can be formed by restraining the occurrence of uneven luster.
This coating method for the exposed surface of concrete comprises the steps of applying an undercoating material to the exposed surface of concrete and applying a final coating material containing a synthetic resin emulsion (A), a resin bead (B) having ≥1.0 and ≤1.5 specific gravity and wax (C) having ≥0.7 and <1.0 specific gravity onto the undercoating film. For the undercoating material, it is desirable to use the undercoating material containing an alkoxysilane compound-dispersed aqueous solution. An acrylic silicone resin emulsion and/or a fluorinated resin emulsion is suitable for the synthetic resin emulsion (A) of the final coating material.
