Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method of a pipe inner face for specifying a flow direction of a coating material, increasing flow velocity of the coating material, and uniformizing a thickness of the coated film, and a pipe with its inner face coated by the method.SOLUTION: A coating method for coating an inner face of a pipe 1 with a liquid coating material 10 comprises: a step of forming a plurality of grooves 5 for making the coating material 10 flow in the inner face of the pipe 1; a step of coating the inner face of the pipe 1 with the coating material 10; and a step of making the coating material 10 flow into the grooves 5. Accordingly, the flow velocity of the coating material can be increased to shorten the coating time. Moreover, the thickness of the coating film can be made uniform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
