Abstract:
To provide a polycarbonate film having good dimensional stability and showing low double refraction, and its manufacturing method.
The polycarbonate film is temporarily bonded to a support carrier substrate until at least the polycarbonate film is substantially dried. Thereafter, the carrier substrate is separated from the polycarbonate film to manufacture the polycarbonate film of which the dimensional stability and double refraction are improoved.
