Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method of an ultraviolet curing type adhesive agent in the production of an adhesive label or an adhesive tape, which is unnecessary for large sized devices such as a drying device, free from the volatilization of environmental pollutants or the generation of harmful gases, small in thermal stress to a base material, easy in operation control and saved in the consumption of the adhesive agent per unit surface area.
SOLUTION: The coating method is to apply the ultraviolet curing type hot melt adhesive agent melted at 100-135°C by extruding from a slot die 9 to a long sized film like base material 31 in contact with the surface of a backup roll 4 controlled to 50-120°C, next irradiating with ultraviolet rays in an ultraviolet ray irradiation device 16 to cure the ultraviolet curing type adhesive agent and successively drawing by a lamination roll 5 controlled to a temp. of 5-25°C.
