Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the sagging of a composition and to improve the finished surface of a coating film at the same time by using the low-mol.wt. polyester polyol-based urethane paint composition improved in the flowability when heated.
CONSTITUTION: A low-mol.wt. polyester polyol-based urethane paint composition is used and applied in multiple layers. The composition prepared so that the concn. of the coating film curing catalyst is gradually decreased from the coating layer in contact with the coated surface toward the coating layer over the surface is applied in multiple layers to form the coating film.
