Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a sudden change in the mixing degree of defective products (i.e., optical characteristics) in a coating film mixing material supplied to a coating machine.
CONSTITUTION: A granular coating film mixing material (e.g. glass beads 4) is supplied to an inspection part 14 by batch from a coating film mixing material feed part 11, the optical characteristics of the coating film mixing material (e.g. glass beads 4) are inspected by batch in the inspection part 14, the material passing the inspection is supplied to an agitation tank 15, and the material (e.g. glass beads 4) agitated in the tank 15 is supplied to a coating machine 16.
