Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple coating nozzle allowing coating with uniform coating film thickness and large width.
SOLUTION: This coating nozzle is constituted of a cover part 23 and a body part. The cover part 23 has a nozzle path 37 in the shape of a sectional trapezoid having a bring-out port 43 having prescribed clearance width and extending by prescribed width in an arc at one end thereof and an introducing port 45 having prescribed convergence width in an arc at prescribed depth in the converging direction from the bring-out port 43 while maintaining the prescribed clearance width at the other end thereof, an inner space 15 to which the introducing port 45 is opened and which is defined by an inner wall ceiling surface in an arc extending along the introducing port 45, and a conduit and an introducing path 5 communicating with the inner space 15. A part of the inner wall defining the nozzle path 37, a part of the inner wall surface defining the inner space 15, and a part of the inner wall defining the introducing path 5 are provided inside the body part, and the remainder of the inner wall surface defining the nozzle path 37, the remainder of the inner wall surface defining the inner space 15, and the remainder of the inner wall surface defining the introducing path 5 are provided in the cover part 23.
