Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control a coating amt. by the dimples of a ball.
CONSTITUTION: A coating soln. L1 is supplied to a coating nozzle E1 from a coating soln. tank 4 and bonded to the ball 12 provided to the leading end of the nozzle E1 to be applied to a printed circuit board P1. Dimples (recessed parts) 12a controlling the coating amt. of the coating soln. accurately are provided to the surface of the ball and the spaces between the dimples 12a are formed into coarse surfaces having fine unevenness 12b and the leveling of a coating film is adjusted by the coating soln. bonded to the coarse surfaces.
