Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3392328
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method for forming a hydrophilic coating film on a final coating film applied on an outdoor construction structure, a civil structure, an industrial machine, or the like, to prevent the sticking of a dirt such as fallstrain dirt, dust and oily component from an initial stage of application.
SOLUTION: The dirt is prevented by applying a coating material containing alkylsilicate expressed by the formula (R is a 1-10C alkyl group and (n) is an integer of ≥1.) or a hydrolyzed matter of its lower condensate, a titanium dioxide having a photocatalytic activity and a solvent on a surface to be coated. Moreover, the dirt is prevented by applying the coating material containing the alkylsilicate or the hydrolyzed matter of its lower condensate, the titanium dioxide having the photocatalytic activity and the solvent after applying a coating liq. containing a silicon compd. on the surface to be coated.
