Abstract:

To provide a coating reinforcing structure of a double corrosion- resisting coating steel material capable of more surely achieving corrosion- resistance for a rivet used in fixing a coating without lowering of construction efficiency and a method therefor.

In this coating reinforcing structure of a double corrosion resisting coating steel material, a cap 3 having a resin filling recessed part 3a is disposed on the surface on the coating side of the steel material 1 whose surface is coated with an organic coating resin layer 2 with a presser material 4 interposed between them, a cap support plate 5 is disposed in the resin filling recessed part 3a, the cap support plate 5, the cap 3 and the organic coating resin layer 2 are fixed to the steel material 1 with the rivet 6 driven from above the cap support plate 5, and the interior of the resin filling recessed part 3a is filled with curing resin 7.
