PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition containing a specific urethane- modified resin obtained by reacting a polymer polyol with an organic diisocyanate, having excellent workability and hardness of coating film and suitable for precoat metal.
CONSTITUTION: The aimed composition containing (C) urethane modified resin having 2,000W40,000 average mol.wt., 0W120 hydroxyl group valence, ≤40°C glass transition point and 150W15,000 urethane group equivalent and obtained by reacting (A) polyesterpolyol (excluding trivalent or more polyol and/or polycarboxylic acid) with (B) organic diisocyanate. Further more, as necessary, the aimed composition contains crosslinkable resin consisting of (D) aminoaldehyde resin, blocked polyisocyanate compound and/or phenol resin.
