Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a coating spray device capable of drawing a line of uniform width in a desired paint density pattern, on an upright image drawing surface.
CONSTITUTION: The subject coating spray device consists of a keep solenoid 4 having a plunger 41, a permanent magnet 42, an attractive coil 43 and a return coil 44. In addition, a needle 3 for adjusting the clearance of a coating jet orifice of a coating spray nozzle 1 is junctioned to the plunger 41. The ratio of an energization time and a non-energization time for the attractive coil 43 is increased or decreased with the concurrent action to move a movable arm to the right. A desired coating density pattern is linearly drawn on the wall through the above operation.
