Abstract:
To prevent random variation in determination results by workers and enable the state of coating to be appropriately evaluated.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a guide plate used when adding cuts to a coating surface along a cutter guide and writing down imaging marks along a marker guide; and an imaging determination device for imaging a coating surface a prescribed time after the adhesive tape pasted to a range of the coating surface having been cut is removed, while adjusting the mutual physical relationship with the imaging marks of imaging alignment marks displayed on a display unit, and creating coating surface image data after removal of the tape, and further, using a correlation model previously constructed by learning the evaluation result of a coating state that corresponds to the image of the coating surface having been created for learning purposes following a procedure similar to the coating surface image data after removal of the tape, determining the evaluation result of the coating state using, as input, the coating surface image data after removal of the tape for evaluation purpose.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
