Abstract:
To provide a treated coating which can prevent seizure and galling of a die cast which can be coped with even in the middle of the casting at a casting site and considerably reduce the use of a releasing agent by forming a simply treated coating to be naturally dried or dried by heating at a low temperature after the coating is performed by brushing or spraying.
A soft and porous coating is formed on a surface of a die, and ceramic particles are added thereto, or the releasing agent or various kinds of organic materials are absorbed in the pores according to the casting condition of a casting.
