To provide an applicator and a discharging container with the applicator, which includes a coating removing device for readily removing a coating remaining in a coating flow passage.

The applicator 2 is mounted on a storage container 83 discharging a stored hair dye to the outside, and is formed with a comb tooth portion 30 for applying the hair dye, a communication passage 42 in a main body, a second communication passage 34 in comb teeth, and a first communication passage 33 in the comb teeth, which conduct the hair dye discharged from the storage container 83 to the comb tooth portion 30. The applicator 2 includes a hair dye removing device 50 capable of being moved in the communication passage 42 by external operation to remove the hair dye remaining in the communication passage 42.
