To provide a coating tool, in which no staining due to ink left as is adhered on the inner wall of an ink housing tube develops at the movement of a back-flow stopping body towards a pen point in response to the consumption of the ink or which has so-called self-cleaning properties.
In the coating tool, in which an ink for a coating tool comprising at least an organic solvent, a hiding agent and a resin is filled in the ink housing tube and, at the same time, the back-flow stopping body is arranged at the rear end of the ink and an ink conducting part is provided at one end of the ink housing tube, the ink housing tube is made of a nylon resin, which absorbs liquid so as to have at least 3% of liquid-absorbing percentage in order to realize no penetration of the back-flow stopping body in the ink with time and, at the same time, no staining due to the ink left as is adhered on the inner wall of the ink housing tube develops, resulting in demonstrating the so-called self-cleaning properties. In addition, effects for holding the self-cleaning properties are demonstrated with time.
