Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating treatment method of a fuel injection nozzle capable of forming an anticorrosive coating on an inner surface of an injection hole of a fuel injection nozzle, which is provided inside a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A coating treatment method M100 of a fuel injection nozzle comprises a step S103 where when an anticorrosive coating 117 is formed on an inner surface of an injection hole 108 of a fuel injection nozzle 100 provided inside a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, the anticorrosive coating 117 is formed on the inner surface of the injection hole 108 of the fuel injection nozzle 100 by a physical vapor deposition method with an axial core X of the injection hole 108 inclined at a predetermined offset angle θ exceeding zero degree with respect to an anticorrosive coating substance generation source 116.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
