To enable a coaxial cable grounding structure not using solder to exert a stable grounding function and a cable-retaining function in correspondence with reduction in the diameter of a cable core and reduction in the interval between adjacent cables.
The coaxial cable grounding structure 10 is provided with a first member 12 and a second member 14 having conductivity. The first member is provided with a first elevated part 28 in contact with an outer conductor 20 at an exposed length part 24 of a first group of coaxial cables 16, and the second member is formed with a second opening 32 accepting the first elevated part and the cable exposed length part supported by it. Further, the second member is provided with a second elevated part 34 in contact with an outer conductor at an exposed length part of a second group of coaxial cables, and the first member is provided with a first opening accepting the second elevated part and the cable exposed length part supported by it. The lengthwise exposed part of each coaxial cable is held in a fixed manner by friction in an appropriately bent form along the first and the second elevated parts between the first elevated part and the first opening as well as between the second opening and the second elevated part.
