Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the Q of the resonator whose dispersion in the resonance is reduced by improving the method for forming its center conductor.
CONSTITUTION: The coaxial dielectric resonator formed by bonding a cylindrical or prism dielectric body with a hole for a center conductor made in the middle thereto and a conductor on the surface of the dielectric body is manufactured by a 1st process inserting a metallic pipe as a center conductor to a hole made to an outer conductor closely adhered to a dielectric ceramic in the lengthwise direction by silver flit baking or copper plating or the like and by a 2nd process applying plastic deformation through the application of a pressure from the inside of a metallic pipe and forming the inner conductor closely adhered to the inner face of the dielectric ceramic.
