Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle that can safely stop while maintaining a preferable operability even when there occurs an abnormality in one of driving means.SOLUTION: A coaxial two-wheeled vehicle includes: a pair of wheels; a pair of driving means configured to respectively drive the pair of wheels; control means configured to control the pair of driving means; and abnormality detection means configured to detect an abnormality in the pair of driving means. When the abnormality detection means detects an abnormality in one driving means, the control means controls the other driving means so as to match the rotation speed of the other wheel driven by the other driving means with the rotation speed of one wheel driven by the one driving means, and thereafter controls the driving means so as to stop the wheels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
