Abstract:

To prevent a coaxial nozzle from being superheated even a reflection light from a processed surface of a workpiece is radiated to the coaxial nozzle, by using the coaxial nozzle for a laser processing machine in a state of being inclined to the processed surface of the workpiece, for preventing damage occurring in a laser oscillator or an optical system.

A coaxial nozzle 1 for a laser processing machine includes: an inner nozzle 13 through which a laser beam LB and an inner gas G1 pass; an outer nozzle 15 provided on the outside of the inner nozzle 13; and a cooling circuit 17 that cools the inner nozzle 13.
