PURPOSE: To prevent a center pin from being buried in a plug main body by forming a holding projected part in the center pin and buring it in an insulator.
CONSTITUTION: In the case a coaxial plug A having a coaxial cable 1 is inserted in a reception cylindrical body 5 of a coaxial jack B, the center pin 4 of the plug A is pinched by a pinching metal fitting 7 of the jack B and thus the pin 4 and the metal fitting 7 are connected electrically. At the same time, the plug main body 2 and the cylindrical body 5 are pressed and brought into contact with each other and thus connected electrically. A holding projected piece 4a is formed in the rear end side of the pin 4 and the projected piece 4a is buried in an insulator 3 so that the pin 4 is prevented from being buried in the main body 2. As a result, trouble occurrence such as connection defects, short circuit, etc., is prevented.
