PURPOSE: To form a metallic conductor layer uniformly and reduce deterioration in Q by rounding corner parts formed of the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of a dielectric and a surface crossing a line length direction at right angles.
CONSTITUTION: Metallic conductor layers 2 are formed on the dielectric 1 having coaxial structure so that the corner parts formed of the coaxial surfaces (inner and outer circumferential surfaces) and surface crossing them at right angles are rounded into curved surfaces. Consequently, currents converge to said corner parts, but those parts are made into the curved surfaces to obtain continuous smooth surface, thereby not only reducing the convergence of the currents, but also eliminating thinning and separation of the metallic conductor layers 2, and reducing deterioration in Q greatly.
