Abstract:
To provide a cochleate administered to a host through a conventional route and acting to deliver a biomolecule to the target position of the host.
A pharmaceutical preparation comprising (a) a polynucleotide ingredient or a polypeptide ingredient, (b) negatively charged lipid ingredient and (c) a divalent cationic ingredient is provided, wherein, in one embodiment, the polynucleotide ingredient is a deoxyribonucleic acid ingredient and, in another embodiment, the deoxyribonucleic acid is transcribed to form a ribonucleic acid.
