To provide a cockroach capturing tool improving the capturing efficiency by forming the capturing tool so as to readily guide cockroaches reaching an inlet of a houselike tool body frame to the central part of a bottom plate in which an attractant is arranged.
The houselike tool body frame 12 having the inlet 11 for the cockroaches is composed of the bottom plate 7 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive 5 and the attractant 6 applied thereonto, both side plates 8 provided at both ends of the bottom plate 7, a ceiling plate 9 connected to the tip thereof, a treading plate 13, or the like, provided at both ends of the bottom plate 7 and having the upper part tilted to the inside by bending a sheet 2 blanked to a prescribed form with folding lines 3 or cut lines 4 formed in a prescribed arrangement. The cockroach capturing tool is characterized by installing a cockroach guide plate 14 floated from the bottom plate 7 at a prescribed interval and extending from the cockroach inlet 11 to the vicinity of the attractant 6.
