A base station 80 is provided with a reception means 80a that receives an access signal from terminals 60-1-60-I and with a reply information transmission means 80b that sets reply information denoting reception by a plurality of terminals and transmits the frame to the plurality of terminals in the case that the reception means receives the access signal from the terminal, and each terminal is provided with a reply information reception means 60a that receives a plurality of reply information sets from the reply information transmission means of the base station and with a transmission means 60b that accesses the base station again to transmit remaining information according to an order of presence of reply information equivalent to is own terminal among the plurality of reply information sets received from the base station by the reply information reception means after random access to the base station when the remaining information to be continuously sent to the base station is in existence.
