To prevent a dial intermittent feed mechanism from becoming a load to unlocking operation and locking operation, when forcibly breaking an unlocking code string in unlocking operation and locking operation.
The dial intermittent feed mechanism 71 for intermittently feeding a dial 16 to sequentially position respective codes in an aperture hole, comprises a plurality of abutting parts 27 formed on the outer peripheral surface of each dial 16 for every arranged angle of codes; plate springs 73 sequentially abutting on the respective abutting parts 27 of each dial 16; and a support plate 74 integrally supporting all the plate springs 73 to advance/retreat relative to the abutting parts 27 of each dial 16. A reciprocating mechanism 72 interposed between an actuator and the support plate 74 moves the support plate 74 forward to set all the plate springs 73 into a state of being separated from the abutting parts 27 of the dial 16 when the dial 16 is forcibly turned, and returns the support plate 74 to allow all the plate springs 73 to abut on the abutting parts 27 of the dial 16 after the forcible turning of the dial 16.
