Title:
CODON-OPTIMIZED DNA SEQUENCE RELATED TO INSECT TOXIN AAIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07313166
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject DNA sequence useful for producing a recombinant insect virus having a larger rate for killing an infected host than that of a wild type virus.

CONSTITUTION: A codon-optimized nucleic acid sequence of the formula encoding a separated Androctonus-australia insect toxin(AaIT). A codon-using table obtained from Drosophila melanogaster is used to design the codon-optimizing table encoding the signal sequence temperature AaIT toxin sequence. The AaIT is produced from the toxin of the Androctonus australia vector, and has a length of 70 amino acids.
