Abstract:

To solve problems such as the adhesion of stains to the inside of the main body of a roaster and the heating of the inside at a high temperature due to smoke and hot air generated in a roasting process and in a cooling process.

Since an exhausting fan is disposed in addition to a cooling fan for cooling roasted coffee beans, the smoke and the hot air generated in the roasting process and in the cooling process can surely be exhausted outside a roaster body. Thereby, the adhesion of the crystals of caffeine and the like and the adhesion of oil stains to base plates and the inside of the main body are prevented, thus permitting to beforehand prevent the breakdown of the equipments.
