Abstract:
To prevent the opening of a hot water supply side valve when a filter to store a coffee powder is not mounted in a holder and prevent hot water from accidentally flowing out.
The extractor has a valve to open and close a hot water passage to a hot water pouring pipe 7, a filter 8 to store a coffee powder, a holder 4 holding the filter, and a holder detector 9. The detector 9 enables the valve to open, allowing hot water to be poured when the filter 8 is mounted in the holder 4.
