Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the coffee server capable of surely making coffee in a short time for one or many persons.
CONSTITUTION: This coffee server is constituted so that hot water in a hot water storage tank 1 is pumped out by a pump device 5 arranged in a hot water pouring pipe 4, supplied to a first branch pipe 9 and a second branch pipe 10 branched therefrom, and its hot water is poured selectively into a first extractor 14 and a second extractor 15 by opening and closing selectively solenoid valves 11, 12 provided in the branch pipes 9 and 10, respectively. Also, this coffee server is provided with a bypass pipe 13 for feeding back hot water contained in the hot water pouring pipe 4 to the hot water storage tank 1.
