Abstract:
To provide a cofferdam case body capable of applying a predetermined contact bearing pressure to cut-off packing by a simple method, and its installation method.
In this cofferdam case body 1, a pressure receiving bodies 7 for receiving vertically downward water pressure are formed projecting outward at the lower ends of vertical walls of the case body 3 surrounding an underground structure 2, and the lower face of each pressure receiving body 7 is provided with the cut-off packing 8.
