Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely make a photoreceptor grounding or the like with the definite assurance for the smooth rotation of the photoreceptor and to prevent any transfer defect regardless of the use over a long term by arranging a conductive flange so as to match against the end part on the side opposite to the end part provided with the power supply part of the electrifying device.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with the rotary driven photoreceptor 10 equipped with the conductive flange 12, the position regulating member 31 for regulating the shaft directional position of the photoreceptor 10 by engaging with the flange 12 of the photoreceptor 10, the electrifying device 20 placed below photoreceptor 10 so as to match with the photoreceptor 10 at the respective end part and applied with the high voltage from the power supply part 25 disposed on the one end part. Then, the conductive flange 12 is disposed so as to match with the end part of the transfer device opposite to the end part provided with the power supply part 25. Thus, the photoreceptor 10 is definitely assured for the smooth rotation, and moreover surely made grounding (or impressing electric bias).
